Sizing:
FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE. This pattern is written to be fully customizable to your own measurements. The pattern includes suggested measurements to create adult sizes S (32”-35” chest circumference), M (36”-39”), L (40”-43”), 1X (44”-47”), 2X (48”-51”), 3X (52”-55”), 4X (56”-59”) and 5X (60”-63”) as well as tips to customize the size of your garment to fit perfectly in any size. I write my patterns this way to give you the creative freedom to make your sweater to fit your unique size and style preferences.
You will need:
Approx. 900-1,800 yards of worsted weight yarn (for a cropped sweater with ¾ sleeves)
(Yardage will vary depending on yarn weight, size, length, and customizations)
Size H/5mm crochet hook for ribbing
Size I/5.5mm crochet hook for main body
Stitch markers
Scissors
Yarn needle
Measuring tape
Stitches used:
Chain (ch)
Slip stitch (sl st)
Single crochet (sc)
Half double crochet (hdc)
Back loop half double crochet (blhdc)
Double crochet (dc)
Double crochet decrease (dc2tog)
Puff stitch (ps):
*Yarn over, insert hook into stitch and pull up a loop. Repeat from * 4 more times. Yarn over and pull through all loops on hook. Ch 1, pulling the ch as tightly as possible.

Lion Brand Chainette in Mustard - 1,100 yards for size M (cropped, 3/4 sleeves)
*Note: Due to the open concept style, this pattern can be used with other yarn weights, such as DK or bulky. Adjust your hook size to fit the yarn used.
