Bird Club Monthly Mystery Yarn - October

This is the pre-order listing for the October Bird Club Monthly Mystery Yarn: a monthly surprise skein of hand-dyed yarn inspired by some of the world's most beautiful feathered friends!

October's mystery yarn is inspired by the female Wood Duck, a migratory duck found that was nearly hunted to extinction in North America, but the population has grown due to species protection efforts. The female's plumage is less flashy than their male counterparts but have an understated beauty: colors include include deep jewel tones of blue, green, teal, and violet on a backdrop of dark neutral browns and grays.

You will receive one 100g skein of yarn, hand-dyed based on the bird of the month. Refer to the inspiration photo in this listing for a general idea of the colorway.
